Generating API Keys and Setting Up an Account on HTX

API Key Generating

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner:

  2. In the menu, select “API Management":

  3. Click “Create API Key”:

  4. Select “System generated”:

  5. In the pop-up window, enter any name in the “Notes” field. Then click “Trade.”

    Enter the following IP addresses (copy them exactly — with commas and no spaces):

    34.77.149.145,34.78.125.125,35.195.215.50
    ​
    ​

  6. Copy the API Key and Secret Key to a secure location, or paste them directly into the account-connection form.

    Please do not copy keys from a screenshot — text-recognition tools on smartphones often misread characters.

  7. Select “HTX,” enter any account name, paste the API Key and API Secret, and click “Connect.”

  1. In the “Futures” menu, select “USDT-M”:

  2. Click the account settings icon:

  3. Set the position mode to “One-way Mode":

  4. Ensure that “Cross” margin mode is selected:

  5. Apply these settings (steps 3–4) to all trading pairs you plan to use for trading.
