Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner. In the menu, select “API Management”:
Click “Create API”:
Create and enter any API name. Create a password for the "API Passphrase" field
Important! Ensure to memorize or securely write down the password ("Passphrase"). You will need to use it later to access your account.If you forget the password at a later stage, simply create new API keys according to these instructions starting from step 1.
In the “API Restrictions” tab, select “Futures Trading” and “Restrict to Trusted IPs Only.” Enter the following IPs (copy exactly — with commas and no spaces):
34.77.149.145,34.78.125.125,35.195.215.50
The keys (‘Key’ and ‘Secret’) must be copied to a secure location or immediately entered into the form on the ‘API Keys’ page.
Please avoid taking photos or screenshots of the keys and using your smartphone to extract the text, as this method will introduce errors.
Click on the “Confirm” button.
Select “KuCoin,” enter any account name, paste the “API Key”, “API Secret”, “API Passprhase” and click “Connect”:

1. In the “Derivatives” menu, select “USDS-Margined Futures”:
2. Ensure that “Cross” option is selected:
3. Configure the trading account settings ("Cross") for all trading pairs you plan to use.
