What to check if the Risk Manager is not working?

Please note that the Risk Manager checks and synchronizes orders on accounts not instantaneously but approximately once every 3-8 minutes.

Potential reasons for the Risk Manager’s inactivity:

  • Check if the module is active in the interface on all accounts you are using.

  • Make sure that trading of the required instruments is not disabled in the API key settings on the exchanges by using the Whitelist of available pairs for the API.

  • If additional trades need to be opened or the volume of current trades needs to be increased, check if there is sufficient available margin on the Follower-Accounts.

If the issue persists, please report it to Customer Service via the chat in your account.
